Q3. A. Prepare, cook and pack three dishes to be sold at a "Gerai Ramadan".
i) a one-dish meal;
ii) an attractive dessert using agar-agar;
iii) a savoury pastry dish.
My Question for the cookery practical for the pmb mock exam. Huh =__+ I was hoping for an easier question than this but at least i didn't get a bake question. As i said, i'm BAD at it. haa ;D Well, technically pastry dish IS baking but that's different. i think. haa. but i'm grateful that i don't have to bake something like choc cake or sponge cake or anything like that `cos that is where i really mess up. Anyway, i chose fried mee for a one-dish meal, agar-agar santan and sausage rolls for the pastry dish. The exam is on the next tuesday (27th May) so i still have time to practice at home. Wish me luck people! x)
